Maple-Ash Bathroom Remodeling
Bathroom remodels, walk-in showers and tile for Maple-Ash homes.
Maple-Ash is one of Tempe's older neighborhoods, near the ASU campus, with small mid-century houses on tree-lined streets. Original bathrooms here are often small, with old tile and outdated plumbing.
Remodels in Maple-Ash often involve replacing old supply and drain lines, and finding ways to make a small bathroom feel bigger with a walk-in shower, a floating vanity and better lighting.
In Tempe, remodeling work is reviewed and inspected by the City's Building Safety Division (480-350-8341). Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls usually means a permit and inspections, and we handle that paperwork as part of the job.
