The Lakes Bathroom Remodeling
Bathroom remodels, walk-in showers and tile for The Lakes homes.
The Lakes is a central Tempe neighborhood built around a series of man-made lakes, with many homes on the waterfront. Homeowners here often remodel primary bathrooms to match updated kitchens and living areas.
Primary bathroom remodels with walk-in showers, double vanities and freestanding tubs are the most common projects we see in The Lakes.
In Tempe, remodeling work is reviewed and inspected by the City's Building Safety Division (480-350-8341). Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls usually means a permit and inspections, and we handle that paperwork as part of the job.
